Good shampoo, slow delivery

I ordered the Keratin Shampoo because my stylist recommended it, and it really made my hair feel softer and healthier, which was great. The price was competitive for a salon-grade product. However, it took about 8 days for the package to arrive in California, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. The packaging was secure, though. Overall, a good product, but delivery could be a little quicker.

Solid Repair Conditioner

Got the Repair Conditioner a bit ago. It works pretty well, my hair feels less dry after using it. The product itself is good, not super heavy. It shipped out fine, came in a week or so, which is okay. The website was easy enough to use. I might try their Haarmaske next time, just to see how that goes. No big complaints.

They're a German salon brand. Not drugstore at all. The quality is a step above, especially their treatments and things like the Keratin Shampoo.

From what I remember, you can only use one discount code at a time in the cart. B2B stuff might be different but for regular orders, it's just one.

Anyone tried the Remix Haircare products vs. Olaplex? Is it a good alternative for damaged hair?

I wouldn't say it's a direct replacement for Olaplex's bond repair, but their Repair Conditioner and Haarmaske are really good for general damage and softness. Different kind of repair, I guess.

It's not an Olaplex clone, no. Remix has great products for hydration and strengthening, like their protein kur, which helps with breakage. But if you need serious bond rebuilding, Olaplex is unique for that.

I returned a conditioner once, it was pretty straightforward. Just contact them and they'll give you instructions. Had to pay for return shipping though, I think.

They're fine, no issues. As long as it's unopened, it should be easy. I think there's a specific window too, maybe 14 days? Don't quote me on that, but it's standard.

Yeah, I use it. My blonde definitely looks less yellow after, like, one wash. Not as strong as some salon stuff, but good for regular use.

It's decent. I found it worked best if I left it in for a few minutes longer than recommended. Better than drugstore purples for sure.
